It isn't the fastest way to erase a tattoo, but it's a safe, controlled way to lighten or correct permanent makeup and small tattoos — with fewer risks of hypo- or hyper-pigmentation, blistering, and scarring than laser removal. It's safe for all skin types, and the area can be re-tattooed once it has fully healed.
A specialized, all-natural saline solution — finely milled sea salt, purified water, lemon and orange seed extract, and aloe — is implanted over the existing permanent makeup or small tattoo. This breaks up the healed pigment and lifts it toward the surface by osmosis. The pigment heals into a scab, and when the scab falls off, pigment falls away with it, leaving the tattoo lighter.
Emergency removal must be done within the first 72 hours after a PMU appointment. Using a saline solution, we can lift and draw out fresh pigment before it sets into the skin. It is only for emergencies — a wrong color, a wrong shape, or immediate regret — works only on fresh pigment (not older tattoos), and the sooner it's done, the better the result.

How many sessions you'll need depends on the type of ink used, the age of the tattoo, and the integrity of your skin.
