My Journey:
🌸 Born and raised in Louisville, KY, I’ve always had the heart of a creator and the mind of a builder.
💪 I became a single mother at 19 and made myself a promise — that I would rewrite the story of what strength, success, and independence look like. That moment shaped everything that came after.
📚 I earned my Associate’s in Science and attended the University of Louisville, majoring in psychology while coaching cheerleading — where I found my love for mentoring and empowering others to rise higher than they thought they could.
Career Path:
📸 In 2008, I launched my own photography company — no handouts, no shortcuts, just pure drive and vision. Within a few years, my work was featured in international magazines and national publications.
💕 Through boudoir photography, I discovered how transformative beauty could be — not surface deep, but soul deep. Watching women see themselves with pride and softness for the first time became my addiction.
🩹 A knee injury in 2015 forced me to slow down — and that pause became my pivot. It led me to esthetics, where healing, art, and human connection came together.
💉 I began as a laser technician and esthetician before finding my forever craft in permanent makeup in 2016. What started as curiosity became purpose — art that empowers, restores confidence, and tells stories through pigment and skin.
🌟 My photography background gave me a creative advantage — understanding light, angles, and the art of presentation — which inspired me to create one of the industry’s first PMU Photography courses.

Personal Life:
👩👦 Proud mother of Brighten, now 20, and dog mom to my 14-year-old best friend, Lord Vegas.
🌿 I’m grounded by my love for plants, crystals, and creating spaces that radiate peace and empowerment.
✨ Every challenge I’ve faced has refined me — not broken me. My story is proof that pain can turn into power, and dreams can be built from nothing but willpower and heart.

📚 Attended UofL for a few semesters, but after three failed math classes, I realized college wasn’t my path — and that’s okay 🤣.
💇♀️ Graduated from Paul Mitchell The School of Louisville in 2024.
💖 I’ve been working at The Brow Babes since I was 16 and have grown so much in both skill and confidence.
🤸♀️ I’ve known the owner, Chare’e, since I was 13 — she coached me in cheerleading in middle school and has been the best mentor ever 🫶🏼.

Hi! My name is Montana, and I’m a Junior Brow Artist here at The Brow Babes. I’m 23 years old, born and raised in a small Mississippi town — the same one Elvis Presley was born in! 🎶 I moved to Louisville chasing bigger dreams, more opportunity, and a place to grow as an artist.
Education & Career:
🎓 Attended Mississippi State University for a few semesters before realizing that art was where my heart truly belonged.
💉 Apprenticed as a tattoo artist in Mississippi, where I fell in love with the craft — the sound of the machine, the focus, and the flow.
🖋️ Tattoo-trained with experience in both American Traditional and delicate floral design.

💍 After marrying my amazing wife, I moved to Louisville to chase a new dream — turning my passion for beauty and creativity into a full-time career.
