Booking
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Consultations are free and always welcome, but not required. You can book your service directly online. If you have specific concerns about your skin, color history, or whether a service is right for you, a free consultation is the best first step.
How do I book?
All bookings are done online through our booking system — no phone scheduling. If you need help navigating the system, text us at (502) 906-6088 and we'll walk you through it.
What is the booking fee?
The booking fee ranges from $50–$100 and is occasionally waived during special promotions. It is non-refundable — it holds your spot in our books and covers the artist's time reserved for you.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling inside 48 hours may result in a lost booking fee and a rebooking fee to hold your new spot. You'll receive reminders by text and email, so there's plenty of time to adjust if you need to.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We accept Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, Cherry, and CareCredit financing — so you can get the service now and pay over time. Visit our financing page for details.

Why don't you offer microblading?
Powder brows consistently outperform microblading across all skin types. Microblading involves hair strokes cut into the skin — on oily or combination skin, those strokes can blur, fade unevenly, and sometimes scar with repeat sessions. The ombré powder technique we specialize in heals beautifully on every skin type, lasts longer, and looks just as natural. We chose to be exceptional at one technique rather than average at several.
Why don't you offer nano brows?
For the same reason — powder brows deliver better long-term results for most clients. Rather than offering every technique on the market, we specialize in doing ombré powder brows at the highest level. If you're curious whether powder brows are right for you, book a free consultation and we'll talk through it.
Do powder brows look natural?
Yes. The ombré powder technique replicates the soft, filled look of perfectly applied brow makeup — not drawn-on or blocky. Most people won't know they're permanent. The healed result is a soft, diffused wash of color that enhances your natural brows.
How long do powder brows last?
1–3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Oilier skin and frequent sun exposure can cause faster fading. We recommend a color refresh every 1–2 years to keep results looking their best.
Do I need a touch-up?
Yes — all permanent makeup is a 2-session process. Your Perfecting Session 6–8 weeks after your first appointment is a required part of the service, not an add-on. It refines the shape, color, and density for the best healed result. We'll schedule it with you after your healing is complete.

What is lip blushing?
Lip blushing is a semi-permanent pigmentation technique that enhances your natural lip color, defines the shape, and creates the appearance of fuller, more youthful lips — without fillers or injections. The result is a soft wash of color that looks like your lips, only better.
What is lip neutralization?
Lip neutralization corrects dark, uneven, or heavily pigmented lips by depositing a neutralizing pigment to balance out discoloration — before adding your desired color. It's ideal for clients with naturally darker lip pigmentation who want an even, natural result.
Will my lips heal lighter?
Yes — and this is completely normal. During healing, the top layers of skin shed and take some pigment with them. Your lips may appear very light or faded at first. The true healed color settles in at around 4–6 weeks, which is why the Perfecting Session is so important.
Do I need cold sore medication before a lip appointment?
If you have any history of cold sores or oral herpes — even just one — yes. We require antiviral medication (like Valtrex) taken before your lip appointment to prevent an outbreak triggered by the procedure. Please let us know when booking and consult your doctor for a prescription.
How long does lip blush last?
2–5 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. Oilier skin and more sun exposure may cause faster fading. A color refresh every couple of years keeps results looking their best.

Does permanent eyeliner hurt?
Discomfort is minimal. The eyelid area numbs very well — most clients describe it as a mild scratching or pressure sensation. We apply topical numbing cream before and during the procedure to keep you as comfortable as possible.
Can I wear makeup after my liner appointment?
Not on the treated area for the first week. The skin needs to heal cleanly without additional products on top. You can wear makeup as normal on every other area of your face.
What's the difference between lash enhancement and eyeliner?
A lash enhancement is pigment deposited between the lashes — it creates the illusion of a fuller, thicker lash line without a visible line. It's very subtle. Standard eyeliner is a defined, visible line above or below the lash line. We can discuss which look fits your goals at your consultation.
How long does permanent eyeliner last?
2–5 years, with darker pigments like black lasting the longest. Lighter or softer colors may fade faster depending on your skin and lifestyle.

What is emergency removal?
Emergency removal is a saline removal technique performed within 72 hours of a PMU appointment. While the pigment is still fresh and hasn't fully bonded with the skin, we can lift and draw it out — making it the most effective option for correcting a wrong color or shape right after an appointment.
What if I'm within 72 hours of my PMU appointment?
Contact us immediately by phone or text at (502) 906-6088. The sooner you reach out, the better. Every hour counts — we'll assess and get you in as fast as possible.
How many sessions will I need for removal?
Most standard removal clients need 2–4 sessions, spaced 5–6 weeks apart. The exact number depends on the pigment used, the age of the work, and your skin. A free consultation will map the realistic plan for your specific situation.
What's the difference between saline removal and laser?
Saline removal is safer for all skin tones, more effective on PMU pigments (yellows, peaches, whites, beiges), and allows re-tattooing once healed. Laser is faster for large dark body tattoos but can struggle with lighter pigments and carries a higher risk of skin tone changes. For most PMU correction clients, saline is the better choice.

What should I avoid before my appointment?
For at least 2 weeks before: no retinol, vitamin C, AHAs, BHAs, or exfoliating skincare near the treated area. No alcohol 24 hours before. Avoid blood thinners (unless prescribed — check with your doctor). No sunburn on the treatment area. For lip appointments, no lip fillers 4 weeks prior.
What should I avoid after my appointment?
For the first 2 weeks: no sweating or intense workouts, no swimming or soaking, no direct sun exposure on the treated area, and no picking or peeling scabs. Let everything heal on its own. Interfering with the healing process is the most common cause of uneven results and scarring.
When can I wear makeup on the treated area?
After 1 week. The skin needs at least 7 days to heal and close before makeup products are applied on top. On all other areas of your face, you can wear makeup as normal right after your appointment.
What skincare products should I avoid during healing?
Avoid anything with retinol, vitamin C, AHAs, BHAs, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, or exfoliating ingredients on or near the treated area during healing — and for the long-term, as these can accelerate pigment fading. Stick to gentle, fragrance-free products on the treated area and always wear SPF once healed.
