In-House Option
Brow Babes installment structure.
All qualifying services are automatically divided into installments. We do not offer a pay-in-full option. Payments are typically split between your non-refundable booking fee, your initial appointment payment, and your perfecting session payment.

How It Works
Reserve your appointment
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost.
First session
Your first installment is due at your initial appointment. You will receive your full service on Day 1.
Perfecting session
Your final installment is due according to the agreed payment schedule. The Perfecting Session is included as part of your service package; however, choosing not to attend does not eliminate any remaining balance owed.
Your payment agreement is based on the total service purchased, not the number of appointments attended. Choosing not to attend your Perfecting Session does not eliminate the remaining balance owed. The Perfecting Session is included as part of your service package, but all installments remain due according to the agreed payment schedule.

Important financing & payment policy.
Whether you choose the Brow Babes Installment Structure, Cherry, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, CareCredit, or any other financing option, all studio policies remain in effect.
Financing is a payment method. It does not reserve appointment time and does not alter our cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund, or booking policies.
By choosing a financing option, you understand:
- All booking fees remain non-refundable.
- Financing does not make a service refundable.
- Financing agreements remain active regardless of attendance, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, change of mind, relocation, pregnancy, or failure to complete treatment.
- The Brow Babes cannot modify, cancel, reverse, forgive, or refund financing agreements once they have been approved and processed.
- Cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, and no-show fees are based on the value of the appointment reserved, not the amount remaining, amount financed, installment balance, promotion, or payment method used.
- Same-day cancellations and same-day reschedules may result in charges equal to 50% of the reserved appointment value plus the applicable rescheduling fee.
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of the reserved appointment value and may require a new booking fee before future appointments can be scheduled.
- Financing does not exempt clients from any studio policy.
Understanding our installment structure.
Our installment structure is a payment plan for the total service purchased, not individual appointments.
The Perfecting Session is included as part of your service package. Choosing not to attend your Perfecting Session does not eliminate any remaining balance owed.
Your payment agreement is based on the total service purchased, not the number of appointments attended.
For example, if a service package totals $530 and is divided into installments, the full $530 remains due regardless of whether the client attends every appointment included in the package.
Example
- A client reserves a $530 Brow Service using financing.
- If the client same-day reschedules, the financing agreement remains active and the client may still be responsible for applicable rescheduling fees.
- If the client no-shows, financing is not refunded and all no-show policies remain in effect.
- Financing pays for the service. It does not waive studio policies.

Financing FAQs.
What's the difference between financing and installment plans?
Our in-house installment plan automatically divides your service into payments — a non-refundable booking fee, an initial appointment payment, and a final payment at your Perfecting Session. We do not offer a pay-in-full option. Third-party financing (Cherry, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, CareCredit) is handled through those companies and gives you more flexibility in payment length and structure. Both options let you get your full service on Day 1.
Do I need credit to qualify?
It depends on the option. Cherry uses a soft credit check that won't affect your score. Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, and CareCredit have their own approval processes. Our in-house installment plan doesn't require a credit check at all — just a non-refundable booking fee to hold your spot.
Which services qualify?
Most services at The Brow Babes qualify for our in-house installment plan and for third-party financing. If you're not sure whether a specific service qualifies, text us before booking and we'll confirm.
Can I use financing on brows, lips, liner, or removal?
Yes. Powder brows, lip blushing, permanent eyeliner, and removal services all qualify for both our in-house plan and third-party financing options.
Can I use financing on training?
Text us to confirm — training availability for financing may vary by program. We're happy to discuss options for prospective students.
Can I use financing on color boosts?
Yes. Color boost appointments qualify for our installment plan. Text us to confirm which third-party financing options apply.
When do payments begin?
For our in-house plan: your non-refundable booking fee is due at booking, your first installment is due the day of your initial appointment, and your final installment is due according to the agreed payment schedule. The Perfecting Session is included as part of your service package; however, choosing not to attend does not eliminate any remaining balance owed. For Cherry, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, and CareCredit, payment schedules are set directly by those companies at the time of approval.
Do I have to apply for financing before booking?
For Cherry — yes. Apply through our Cherry link before your appointment, then text us once you're approved so we can get you scheduled. Please don't book yourself if you're applying through Cherry, or a non-refundable booking fee may apply. For Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, and CareCredit, just text us before booking and we'll set it up.
Will financing hurt my credit score?
Cherry uses a soft credit check — no impact on your score. Each third-party provider sets its own terms. Approval amounts, schedules, and eligibility are determined directly by the financing company, not The Brow Babes.
