Before Your Appointment
Pre-Care. Following these guidelines helps ensure the best healed results. They apply to all services unless noted.
🕐 24 Hours Before
✕ No alcohol✕ No excessive caffeine✕ Avoid excessive sweating 📅 7 Days Before
✕ No fish oil or blood-thinning supplements✕ No chemical peels✕ No brow tinting, waxing, or threading 🧴 Skincare Pause
Avoid active serums near the treatment area:
✕ Retinol / Tretinoin✕ Vitamin C✕ AHA / BHA acids✕ Exfoliants Service-specific prep Lip Clients ✓ Start L-Lysine; keep lips moisturized✓ Exfoliate gently with a sugar scrub leading up to your appointment✓ If you have a history of cold sores, ask your doctor for an antiviral (Valtrex/Acyclovir) 7–10 days before✓ No lip filler within 3–4 weeks; no active cold sores on appointment day Brow Clients ✓ Arrive with your natural brow style (you may fill them in as you normally wear them)✓ No waxing, tinting, threading, or lamination within 7 days Eyeliner Clients ✓ Arrive with clean eyes; bring glasses if you wear them✓ No contact lenses during your appointment✓ No lash growth serums for at least 4 weeks; no active eye infections or styes After Your Appointment

Brows Lips Eyeliner 01 Gold Pads Cut gold pads in half and store in the resealable bag. Blot each brow every 30–60 minutes until bedtime.
02 Wash (Day 2+) Once daily with the soap we provided — rice-grain amount, small circles, rinse well, pat dry.
03 Apply Ointment Rice-grain amount on dry brows only. If it's shiny, it's too much.

01 Blot Lymph Fluid Gently dab with a clean paper towel. Ice wrapped in paper towel helps swelling.
02 Apply Ointment Often After ~2 hours, start Aquaphor or Vaseline. Reapply multiple times daily.
DO NOT LET THEM DRY OUT
03 Protect While Healing Use a straw when drinking. No kissing, lip makeup, spicy/salty food, or picking.

02 Keep Dry (24 Hours) No water on the area for the first 24 hours. Very thin ointment layer 2× daily after.
03 Gentle Wash (48 Hours+) Wash with provided soap once daily — small circles, rinse, pat dry with paper towel.

Studio Rules.
These policies keep every appointment calm, focused, and fair. Please read before your visit.
Client-Only in the Procedure Room Permanent makeup requires focus and precision. Female friends or family may join if schedule allows — ask us. No husbands/boyfriends in the procedure room.
No Children Per Kentucky law, PMU cannot be performed on anyone under 18. Please do not bring children to your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling A $50–$100 booking fee holds your appointment. Less than 72 hours' notice, no-shows, and same-day changes carry fees based on the full appointment value — not what's left on financing.
Reschedule 72+ hours out: $50 fee Less than 24 hours: $100 fee Same-day cancel/reschedule: 50% + $100 No-show: 100% of reserved appointment value Tardiness Arrive no more than 10 minutes early. More than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation with full fee applied.
Touch-Ups Are Required All PMU is a two-step process. Touch-ups at 6–8 weeks perfect shape, color, and retention. We'll reach out to schedule yours.
