This is SUPER IMPORTANT – your money is involved, so please read carefully.

In the realm of beauty services, installment plans or in-house financing can sometimes be misunderstood. As a brow artist, I believe it’s essential to provide full transparency about how these plans work, ensuring clarity for all clients.

Here’s how our installment plans function:

• Total Amount Due: Whether you choose to pay upfront or opt for our installment plan, the total amount due for your service remains the same. For example, if your brow service is priced at $477, that will be the total cost regardless of how you split the payments.

• Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

• First Installment: Your first installment payment is due on the day of your first session. This payment allows you to begin your service without paying the full amount upfront.

• Second Installment: The second installment is due when you return for your touch-up session. Even if you do not require or decide not to attend the touch-up, the second installment is still due as part of the total service price. This is crucial: you are not paying separately for the touch-up. The entire service fee, including both the initial session and the touch-up, is accounted for in the total price. Our installment plans simply spread out the payments to offer convenience.

Please note: Every card swipe will have the standard 6% sales tax added to it.

Cancellation Policy and Responsibility for the Balance

We offer installment plans to make it easier for clients to budget for their beauty services. However, splitting payments into three parts can put the business at a disadvantage, as we are providing the full service while allowing payments to be extended over time.

• Cancellation or No-Show: If you choose to cancel or do not show up for your touch-up session, you are still responsible for paying the full balance of your service. The installment plan is not a “pay-as-you-go” system but rather a financing option that allows you to split the total service cost into manageable parts.

Unlike other artists who may require full payment upfront, we offer installment plans to help you invest in yourself. Our plans allow you to enjoy premium beauty treatments without the strain of paying the full amount at once.

However, please remember: this is a financial commitment. By agreeing to an installment plan, you acknowledge that you are still responsible for the full cost of your service, even if you choose not to receive the touch-up. This plan offers flexibility, but it does not eliminate the obligation to pay for the full service.

Annual Color Boost Incentive

As a bonus, if you follow all aftercare instructions and your brows don’t require a touch-up, you are eligible for a $50-$75 discount on your annual color boost, which is typically scheduled 12-18 months after your initial service. This is our way of thanking you for keeping your brows in top shape!
